1. Why Christian-translation.com?

We believe that Christian-translation can offer a spiritual translation for all your needs; we’ve seen how many ministries have translated their materials, very good translation, wonderful quality; but the fact that the translation was not performed by a Christian, at some point the translation lack some spiritual touch.

That why, we have gathered hundreds of Christian brothers around the world ready to provide that (spiritual) touch.

2. Are your translators Christians?

YES, our translators are Christians, assisting on regular basis to their churches in their different countries.
What is the quality of your translation? Top Quality; in fact we guarantee the quality of our translations and translated texts.

3. What is your translation process?

The Director or project manager of Christian-translation.com will go over your translation needs in terms of turn-around time, and budget, as well as future needs for updating your translation.

The Director or project manager will assign the document to a translator whose native language is that which the document is being translated into. For example, a book being translated into German will be translated by a person whose first or native language is German, someone who was born and lived in Germany through college.

The translated document is edited by a person who is fluent in both the target and source languages. This person is usually a native of the country of the target language, a German in the above example. Accuracy, grammar, spelling and writing style are checked in this stage.

The translated document is proofread by a person who is fluent in both languages and usually the person is a native of the source language, an American in the above example. The primary responsibility of this person is to ensure that the German accurately says what the English says. Also, the translation spellings are checked.

Quality Control: In this last step before the translated document goes to the client in the final version, the Director or the project manager makes sure all of the above steps have been taken to ensure that the translation is accurate and nothing is missing.

Final Draft: Upon customer’s request we can provide a final draft for the customer’s review and make any appropriate changes. That is why we like our customers to get involved with the process.

      Free Translation Tip

There are some free translation tools out there, such as Google, Yahoo; they are great tools, when you just want to have an idea of what the text is about, no serious translation, because, you need to remember that it is a machine translation; therefore the human touch and human senses are not present.

We do not recommend these tools for any business translation, accurate translation; we just recommend them as a general tool. If you need to have a real and accurate translation, just contact us and our Christian experts will be more than glad to provide you with a quote for your translation need.

Just remember, machine translation is not an option when you need a real translation; for that purposes you need a human being to perform your translation and give the real sense to your text.

You also need to understand that Christian text cannot and should not be translate it by anyone, only a Christian translator can convey the real meaning of your text; it is like doctor and patient; a patient cannot prescribe a medication, because only the doctor has the skills to do that; therefore, only a Christian translator must perform a Christian translation.
