The Grace Of God
bullet

Ephesians 2:8-9 “For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God— 9not by works, so that no one can boast.”

The grace of God sustains us; everything that happens in our lives is the result of the grace of God. As you can see grace and salvation are linked one another. The grace of God is manifested in our lives that even when we are unfaithful, he remains faithful.

The word grace means an unmeritable gift, it means that we do not merit the grace of God, not only that we’ll never merit the grace of God. God gives us to whom he pleases and there’s no one who can question Him.

You do not have to pay anything for the salvation, how can you pay for something that is free? No way, God gives is free of charge.

It is very important that we understand that it is not by work, if it’d be by work then people would be able to contribute to salvation and feel proud of it; but is it not, it is a free gift. It means that nothing you do could affect the grace of God in your life.

The grace God gives you as an unmertible gift will never be taken away from you, even when you sin God does not take his grace away from you.

1 John 2:1 “My dear children, I write this to you so that you will not sin. But if anybody does sin, we have one who speaks to the Father in our defense—Jesus Christ, the Righteous One.” There are people living their lives in distress and torment due to sin and the fear of losing their salvation.

Ephesians 2:8-9 “For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God— 9not by works, so that no one can boast.”
